Hailing from Nottingham The Last Embers conjure up cinematic, dusty beats

and share stories around the crackle of an ancient fire

With Pete Bradley on Keys, Stu PearsonĀ on Bass & Jack Clifford on Drums

their unique sound draws inspiration from many different bands including: Massive Attack, Portishead, The XX, Pink Floyd and is enhanced by the collaborations with different vocalists

Pete and Stu met on the Notts punk scene back in '93 and have been musical brothers ever since. Never tied down to one genre they've both shared a love for many different artists over the years. They were introduced to Jack by mutual friend Michael Feerick (Amusement Parks on Fire) and after the first session knew he'd be the perfect beat-smith for The Last Embers

The first release "Butterflies" has a dark and haunting soundtrack with hypnotic beats and features the sweet vocals of Shannon Farmer (D.A.M.E)

The stylish, neo-noir music video is stripped back using strong black and white imagery with just a hint of red to create a powerful effect.

With a magnetising solo performance, Shannon draws us in to feel the lyrics

and follow her through a dark journey into womanhood

Their live show is a visual treat. The band set up behind a huge

veiled screen creating a cinematic feast for the senses

The Last Embers have several releases and remixes planned for 2018
